At Ground Mountain Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened coffee packs, personalized items, or sale items may not be eligible for a return.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer, you can exchange items for a different size, color, or product.
